About Me
I have been a sommelier in Sydney for five years at the restaurants Quay and Bennelong.
I have travelled extensively through wine regions in Europe, recently returning from a trip to Austria and the Dolomites. In 2024 I became the first person to Dux the Court of Master Sommeliers exams twice in Australia.
I have my own small wine collection, but I like to think it has a lot of heart. If you like the sound of what I do, perhaps I could build you a collection with a lot of heart too.
